I used 90 coats of oil based varnish for this blanket box. I use it for my Teddy Bears. It is lined with black crushed velvet. |

The milk can was powder coated in green then de'coupaged with Aust. Birds and Wild flowers. Water based varnish was used. |

Waste paper bucket. Painted in Matisse Heritage Green then pansy paper was cut on and glued on. Water based varnish was used. Because the bucket has ribs down the side I used 30 coats of varnish and was happy to leave it at that. |

Wooden plaque base coated... the pictures and verse were burnt around the edges before being sealed and glued on. Gives a very old look to the piece. |
